Work Health Safety

Hugo shares in the principles and values of Occupational Health & Safety and we will ensure that in performing any part of the services, that we will uphold and comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental legislation, regulations, codes, standards and practices, at all times.


In the event that you are involved in a work-related incident you must report it to your Hugo Consultant as soon as is practicable and complete an accident/incident report form and return it to Hugo via email whs@hugo.com.au within 24 hours of the incident occurring.

Preparation for the interview



  • Know the exact time and location of your interview, allowing time for unforseen delays
  • Ensure you know the correct spelling, title and pronunciation of the interviewer
  • Research the company’s website before attending the interview so you are fully informed of their products/services, history, financial position, office locations this will also enable you to ask intelligent questions
  • Refresh your memory on your current and past employers
  • Review the position description and selection criteria for the position
