The Role
Reporting into the Senior Property Valuer with all aspects of data and administration, your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage email and phone correspondence with clients, property agents, and government departments
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Manage and update the database
- Assist with report preparation and document creation in Microsoft Word
- Invoice preparation, purchase orders, and issuing letters to rate payers
- Monitor multiple mailboxes and manage calendars
- Coordinate administrative processes for the wider property team
What you will need to succeed?
- Proven experience in a administration/coordinator/team support role within a fast paced environment
- Strong experience handling high volume data entry
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel (including formulas)
- A genuine passion for learning and building a long and successful career within administration
- An interest in the property industry (experience unnecessary)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously with an enthusiastic and a "can-do" attitude
