The Company

The Role
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient recruitment of internal roles, assisting hiring managers with the onboarding process and handover of candidates.
Additionally, you will:
- Screen candidate applications, conduct telephone screening and shortlist candidates for interview
- End to end recruitment across the business unit
- Work in partnership with the business partners and hiring managers to coordinate efficient recruitment
- Coordinate staff and candidate enquiries to ensure timely responses throughout on boarding processes
- Assist with employee on-boarding documentation for new hire such as background checks, contracts and letters of offers, ensuring a smooth transition
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with key external stakeholders
- Assist with quality assurance with best practice auditing
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience that contributes to over all organisation culture
- Administer the online recruitment management systems including processing of invoices
What the do you need to succeed?
- Proven experience in an Internal Talent/Recruitment Advisor/Partner role
- Experience in NFP, Healthcare or Disability services preferred but not essential
- Qualifications in HR/Business/Marketing or a related field will be highly regarded but not essential
- Experience managing end to end recruitment
- Proven track record in sourcing and retaining talent
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer centric approach
