An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Systems and Compliance Administrator to join this dynamic and award-winning Australian construction company who are located in Richmond. The Role
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Supporting safety initiatives and continuous improvement 
  • Collate and assist with analysis of data trends related to WHS and compliance
  • Schedule and facilitate monthly training sessions for new employees 
  • Managing compliance systems 
  • Support the development of systematic processes to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
  • Draft internal communications to educate employees about system updates, campaigns and compliance requirements 
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of company objectives and targets
  
What you will need to succeed?
  • Strong administration background focused on data and reporting, with the passion for WHS
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
  • Certificate in WHS
  • Knowledge and experience of A Swims IS, Power BI and the compliance system Hammertech (desirable)
  • Ability to be proactive in identifying and resolving system and compliance challenges
  • Exceptional organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team 
  • Enthusiastic, confident and a ‘can-do’ attitude
