The Role
Reporting into the Customer Experience and Shipping Manager, this dynamic role supports the coordination of inbound shipments for local operations.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage the movement of large agricultural products and cargo from international suppliers to local facilities
- Coordinate suppliers, shipping agents, customs, and warehouses to maintain continuous supply and inventory
- Track inbound shipments to proactively identify delays and mitigate supply chain risks
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation to meet compliance and Australian regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain purchase contracts and POs within internal systems
- Support inter‑department processes to ensure alignment across all transactions
- Ensure internal inventory systems are updated for invoicing, reconciliation, and payment processing
- Collaborate with wider teams to ensure shipments meet departmental demand
What do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience in a Shipping/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Coordination
- Strong understanding of international shipping processes (desirable)
- Strong multitasking abilities with ability to work well under pressure
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and exposure to CRM or similar software
- Ability to build positive relationships, negotiate and problem solve
- Flexible and a professional attitude who is proactive
- A driven and motivated individual who is seeking growth and development
