The Role
Supporting our Recruitment Lead, you will work closely with a small team to manage a large portfolio of clients across permanent and temporary recruitment. You will provide expert recruitment advice to both clients and candidates on the end to end recruitment process, while resourcing and having fun! 
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Collect recruitment briefs from the Recruitment Lead and clients
  • Visit the offices of new and existing clients with the Recruitment Lead 
  • Write job adverts, conduct phone, MS Teams and face to face interviews
  • Resource a high quality of candidates across an array of permanent positions 
  • Submit and discuss shortlisted candidates with clients
  • Coordinate interviews, references and background checks
  • Provide consultative expert advice on the candidate market
  • Negotiate and influence salary expectations and offers to candidates
  • Assist with filling short term temporary roles 
  • Find new ways to optimise sourcing the best talent in Melbourne as well as other states
  • Headhunt through Seek, LinkedIn and our referral program
  • Loads of client, candidate and stakeholder management
  • Assist with the on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Administer the recruitment system (WorkDesk)
  • Provide recruitment support to the wider recruitment team
  
What you need to succeed? 
  • We will consider candidates with recruitment experience and no recruitment experience - it is all about your personality and drive!
  • Qualifications in HR/Business/Marketing or a related field will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Experience managing end to end recruitment (desirable but not essential) 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A professional and honest approach whilst maintaining integrity and confidentiality
