The Company
There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist and Administrator Assistant to provide support to a highly regarded clinical research centre. The organisation conducts first-class clinical trials that deliver new therapies with tangible impacts worldwide. You will be working in their head office based in Botany, close to public transport and car parking onsite. 
  
The Role 

As the first point of contact, this position will set the foundation for a positive client experience.
Your day to day duties will include but not limited to:
  • Meet and greet all visitors via phone and face to face, making them feel welcome
  • Maintain presentation and cleanliness across the office, kitchens and general areas
  • Coordinate boardroom bookings, mail and couriers 
  • Assist with events, catering, mail and post
  • Provide administration support to the office 
  • Assist Directors with any requests 
  • Order stationery and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain company email accounts
  • Manage and utlise IT platforms
  • General administration duties such as data entry and document management
  
What you will need to succeed?
  • Proven experience in a reception/team/office administrator position within a professional environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • A willingness to be agile and adapt to any changes in the day to day  
  • Enthusiastic, positive and a "can-do" attitude
  • A warm, supportive communication style with a mature approach
  • A driven individual with a passion for reception who takes pride in the presentation
