The Company
Situated in the heart of the CBD, our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join an award winning commercial building and project management company committed to high quality workmanship. 
  
The Role 

As the first point of contact, this position will set the foundation for a positive client experience.
Your day to day duties will include but not limited to:
  • Meet and greet all visitors via phone and face to face, making them feel welcome
  • Maintain presentation and cleanliness across the office, kitchens and general areas
  • Coordinate boardroom bookings, mail and couriers 
  • Lots of events management! 
  • Organise catering and other requirements
  • Assist with monthly business expense reconciliation using CONCUR 
  • Allocate invoices and answer credit enquiries 
  • Provide administration support to the office 
  • Order stationery and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain company email accounts
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective office operations
  
What you will need to succeed?
  • Proven experience in a reception/team/office administrator position with a corporate environment
  • Experience with CONCUR and Jobpac systems - desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • A genuine passion to learn and build a long and successful career within administration
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to think off your own two feet
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive with a "can-do" attitude who is keen to take the role to the next level!
