Work for a nationally recognised non-for-profit organisation. This NDIS provider delivers personalised disability support services to help individuals build independence, develop life skills, and actively participate in their community.
The Role
We are seeking candidates with a background in reception, administration, customer service, office coordination or customer facing NDIS experience.
Your day to day duties include but are not limited to:
- Act as the first point of contact answering phones and greeting visitors
- Monitoring and responding to enquiries received via the shared inbox.
- Overseeing office supply levels and coordinating orders as required.
- Providing support with employee engagement activities and related initiatives
- Filing, archiving, data entry and database administration
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Provide general administration support to the team
- Demonstrated experience in a similar administration, team support, office coordination, reception, or a customer-facing NDIS role.
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- First Aid/CPR Certificate (desirable).
- Warm, personable, and approachable manner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining an empathetic and compassionate approach.
