The Company
Based in the corporate head office with WFH flexibility, there is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and agile Team Coordinator to join a top tier ASX listed infrastructure company. Their stunning offices are located in the heart of the CBD, offering a vibrant culture that makes coming into work that bit easier! 
  
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager Commercial and supporting another GM along with the broader team, you will play a key role in the team’s success by delivering high-quality administrative support.
Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include: 
  • Complex diary management for the GM's and senior managers
  • Organise meetings and prepare meeting materials
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation  
  • Contract and document management 
  • Lots of stakeholder management with vendors 
  • Assist with board reports and presentations 
  • Process expenses and invoices via Ariba
  • Minute taking 
  • Organise events and social activities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Project management tasks 
  
What you will need to succeed?
  • Experience in an Administration / Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant / Coordination role within a fast paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & Sharepoint 
  • Experience using WorkDay would be highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and high volume requests
  • A "can-do" attitude and ability to deal with all levels of employees within a global firm
