The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this diverse position involves hands on involvement with the creating of marketing strategies, maintaining brand messaging, and supporting the execution of key campaigns and activities.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Support messaging across all marketing channels
  • Prepare marketing & costing schedules
  • Update submissions and IM's to templates
  • Manage property campaigns, listings, EDM's and marketing materials
  • Assist with content creation, social media, and website updates
  • Re-touch and update high-quality marketing collateral
  • Manage signage, photography, brochures and other marketing materials.
  • Price checks and monitor client funded marketing expenses


What do I need to be successful? 
  • Proven experience in a marketing coordinator position, ideally within the property industry
  • High proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and CRM systems
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing and social media management
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A highly adaptable professional with a hands-on approach and a flair for creativity
