The Role
This role is perfect for someone who loves solving technical challenges, enjoys working across a variety of technologies and is excited about Microsoft 365 and emerging AI tools!
You will be the go-to person for providing exceptional IT support, helping end-users with hardware, software, networking, and cloud solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your IT career while working alongside an experienced ICT Manager who will mentor you in cloud, cybersecurity, and AI-enhanced platforms.
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide responsive Level 1 IT support across hardware, software, AV, telephony, and networking
- Manage support tickets from start to resolution with clear updates
- Administer Microsoft 365 – Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Exchange, and Entra
- Handle user onboarding, offboarding, licenses, and security groups
- Support Microsoft 365 rollouts and deliver end-user training
- Assist with AI tools – troubleshooting, configuration, and monitoring
- Keep documentation, asset registers, and user guides current
- Support system upgrades, cybersecurity projects, and new tech rollouts
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- A strong passion for IT with a focus on cloud technologies (Microsoft 365)
- Experience in a Level 1 Help Desk / ICT Support role
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or industry certifications (Microsoft certifications highly regarded)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, and ticketing systems (RMM tools).
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a strong customer focus
- A driven, self motivated individual with an interest in emerging AI technologies
