The Role
Reporting to the People Operations Lead, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across a broad range of HR matters.
Additionally, you will:
  • Provide advice to employees, managers, and HRBPs on enterprise awards, interpretation, legislation, and organisational policies
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries
  • Process employee documentation including contracts, onboarding, position descriptions, and database maintenance
  • Assist with recruitment and staff coordination - placing ads, phone screening, shortlisting, and reference checks
  • Support the development, research, and review of HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Complete regular reporting to support industrial agreement implementation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across HR quality and compliance frameworks
  
What will I need to succeed?
  • Proven experience in a HR Administration or HR Coordinator role
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and Award/Agreement interpretation
  • Qualification in Human Resources (desired but not essential)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • A positive, proactive self-starter with a “can do” attitude
