The Company
An exciting permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support both an Executive and a Director within a highly respected not-for-profit organisation that truly makes a difference in our community. Based in East Melbourne, their modern and welcoming head office offers an enjoyable work environment, with the added flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
The Role
The role is a varied and traditional one, where your main responsibility will be to provide a high level of executive administrative support to the CFO and HR Director.
Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Diary and calendar management
- Email correspondence and draft communications on behalf of the Executives and Director
- Coordinate travel and accommodation
- Organise internal and external meetings including catering and venues
- Prepare agendas, action items and meeting minutes
- Organise lots of events and staff activities!
- Prepare Power Point presentations and other documentation
- Process invoices and credit card expenses
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as required
What will you need to succeed?
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executives
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Power Point
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build, influence and develop strong trusting relationships
- A professional and mature approach as well as immaculate presentation
- Exercise judgement and discretion at all time
