The Company
An exciting permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support both an Executive and a Director within a highly respected not-for-profit organisation that truly makes a difference in our community. Based in East Melbourne, their modern and welcoming head office offers an enjoyable work environment, with the added flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
  
The Role
The role is a varied and traditional one, where your main responsibility will be to provide a high level of executive administrative support to the CFO and HR Director.
Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Diary and calendar management 
  • Email correspondence and draft communications on behalf of the Executives and Director
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation 
  • Organise internal and external meetings including catering and venues
  • Prepare agendas, action items and meeting minutes 
  • Organise lots of events and staff activities!
  • Prepare Power Point presentations and other documentation
  • Process invoices and credit card expenses
  • Other ad hoc administration tasks as required
  
What will you need to succeed?
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executives 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Ability to build, influence and develop strong trusting relationships
  • A professional and mature approach as well as immaculate presentation
  • Exercise judgement and discretion at all time
