The Role  

This is a trusted and autonomous EA role supporting the CPO and CFO, with responsibility for keeping complex priorities, stakeholders and key business activities moving seamlessly. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to anticipate needs, build strong relationships and take ownership across a broad range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries, travel and competing priorities
  • Prepare agendas, briefing papers, correspondence and minutes
  • Coordinate Board, Committee and Executive papers
  • Manage governance, financial administration and reporting
  • Support strategic projects and key organisational events
  • Coordinate event planning, budgets, logistics and communications
  • Manage actions and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
What will you need to succeed?
  •  Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executives and board committees
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Ability to build, influence and develop strong trusting relationships
  • A professional and mature approach as well as immaculate presentation
  • Exercise judgement and discretion at all time
