The Role
The role is varied and traditional, where your main responsibility will be to perform confidential executive/personal administrative tasks for partners in the audit and assurance team to maximise their efficiency. 
Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Email correspondence
  • Attend to telephone calls and emails
  • Diary management/support
  • Coordinate and support high level meetings
  • Reporting on business development activities
  • Drafting bills, proposals, tenders and other relevant correspondence for clients 
  • Assist with presentations, preparation of agendas, reports and minutes
  • Use ATO Mate and APS to track and upkeep client information
  • Maintain confidential records
  • High use of Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Liaise with high level external stakeholders
  • Additional administration duties as required
  
What will you need to succeed?
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Leaders within the professional services industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to build strong and trusting relationships
  • A professional and mature approach as well as immaculate presentation
  • Exercise judgement and discretion at all times
