Based in the corporate head office, there is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded not-for-profit that makes a genuine difference in people's lives. The company is based in the CBD/East Melbourne that have very lovely and modern offices which makes coming into work a little easier, with some flexibility for you to work from the comfort of your own home too!
Reporting to the Property and Infrastructure Director, the Executive Assistant position involves property administrative functions together with related real estate services.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide admin and office support such as diary management, preparation of correspondence, taking minutes and receiving phone calls
- Support database maintenance to ensure data accuracy
- Draft briefing notes and memos
- Coordinate reports to executives and boards
- Update policies, circulars, guidelines and documents
- Other ad hoc executive support duties as required
What will I need to succeed?
- Proven experience in an executive/personal assistant/administrator role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Intermediate MS Office skills with an ability to learn new software efficiently
- Sound knowledge within the field of real estate, property management and/or construction project management (desirable)
