The Company
An exciting opportunity exists for an Executive Assistant to support a senior executive within a leading Australian organisation. You will be joining a dynamic, high-performing team at their Melbourne head office. This role offers variety and the opportunity to support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
 
The Role
The role is varied and traditional, where your main responsibility will be to perform confidential executive administrative tasks for a senior executive leader. You will also be responsible for supporting the wider leadership team to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all areas.
  • Maintain a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate high volume, complex diary and email management
  • Organise frequent travel arrangements and events
  • Deliver high-level executive, research and secretarial support
  • Manage confidential tasks on behalf of the executives
  • Screen visitors and act as first point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Attend executive meetings and prepare presentations, agendas, board papers and minutes
  • Manage account payments, complete reconciliations and purchase orders, and track budgets.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders
  • Assist with key projects and additional tasks as required
 
What will you need to succeed?
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executives 
  • A personable, pro-active attitude with powerhouse organisational skills
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and manage multiple demands in a timely manner
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including SharePoint
  • Ability to exercise judgement and discretion at all times
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Ability to build, influence and develop strong trusting relationships
  • A professional and mature approach with immaculate presentation
