The Company
Our client is a reputable not-for-profit community based organisation who provide services to people experiencing family violence to ensure they live safe and fulfilling lives.The company is based in Dandenong with free car parking available, with some flexibility to work a day from home.
  
The Role
We are seeking an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant / Board Secretary to support the CEO and members of the Board with executive administration and board tasks. You will adapt quickly to changing priorities, build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain discretion at all times. 
Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with board committee papers and tasks
  • Prepare meeting agendas 
  • Diary management
  • Arrange meetings
  • Manage incoming emails and generate correspondence
  • Document management using their portal
  • Follow up on minutes and actions 
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, excel spreadsheets and presentations 
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team
  
What you will need to succeed?
  • Proven experience in an C-Suite Executive Assistant position supporting an Executive and/or Board Members 
  • Experience working in community based organisation - desirable 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident demeanour and ability to liaise with different stakeholders and build relationships quickly
  • A professional and mature approach
