The Role
Our client are seeking a vibrant and innovative Customer Service & Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive sales growth, and strengthen customer relationships across Australia.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will lead and inspire a passionate group of frontline team members, fostering a culture of performance, service excellence, and strong connection with customers. You’ll be responsible for driving growth through acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impact.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Lead a passionate, high-performing team focused on customer growth and engagement
  • Support customer growth through engaging campaigns and tailored offers
  • Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of customer contact centre
  • Manage team workflows, rosters, and service delivery to meet KPIs and SLAs
  • Act as the primary escalation point for the team on customer queries via phone and email
  • Use data and reporting tools to track performance and identify opportunities
  • Design and deliver engaging training to build skills in sales and service
  • Champion onboarding, coaching, and capability development across the team
  • AND most importantly LEAD by example!
  
What do I need to be successful?
  • Proven leadership experience in a Customer Service/Sales Manager/Head of Sales position
  • Demonstrated success in building high performing sales teams
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and CRM software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and reporting data tools
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to manage different priorities
  • An inspiring leader who empowers, motivates, and brings out the best in their team!
  • Results-oriented, analytical and strategic thinker
