What do the roles entail?
Reporting to either a Manager or Team Lead, you will be required to provide exceptional face to face, phone and online customer service.  

Other duties include:
  • Act as a first point of contact via phones, emails, webchat or face to face
  • Perform to all relevant KPI's whilst complying to organisational standards
  • Handle objections and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell and educate customers on pricing and products
  • Log and maintain organisational databases
  • Participate in regular team meetings/workshops and development programs
  • Efficiently and effectively work towards achieving team and individual responsibilities
  • Assist with additional duties where required
    
What do we need from you?
  • Proven experience working in a customer service position in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working in a call centre will be highly desirable
  • Will consider applicants with a retail or hospitality background
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work in a team whilst remaining target driven
  • Flexible, adaptable and positive attitude
