The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this position will be accountable for managing a high volume of inbound calls, responding to customer enquiries and schedule appointments for the Advisors.
Your day-to-day duties will include but not limited to:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to follow up on customer enquiries seeking support
- Qualify the call to the relevant department
- Book appointments for the Advisors
- Log information into Salesforce/CRM and maintain the database
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- General administration tasks as requested
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Proven experience in a call centre/sales advisor/appointment setter/account management/client engagement role
- Excellent communication skills with a customer centric approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM's & Salesforce
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- A driven and self motivated individual with the ability to work within a team
