An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales & Customer Liaison Officer to join a reputable, award-winning NFP organisation based in Hughesdale! You'll be working in a well-established organisation with over 10,000 employees who share a common goal and passion for supporting the wider community.
The Role
Based in the Business Development team, this position will be accountable for managing a high volume of outbound calls to respond to customer enquiries and schedule appointments for the Advisors.
Your day-to-day duties will include but not limited to:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to follow up on customer enquiries seeking Home Care support
- Book appointments for the Advisors
- Log information into CareLink and database management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- General administration tasks as requested
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Proven experience in a call centre/sales advisor/appointment setter/account management role
- Excellent communication skills with a customer centric approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- A driven and self motivated individual with the ability to work within a team
