The Company
Our client is a values driven accounting and financial services practice who provide accounting, wealth management, lending and corporate secretarial services. The Role
You will play a key role in liaising and carrying out bookkeeping and administration duties for the company’s real estate clients. This role is a varied role for an experienced bookkeeper keen to join a professional and social team.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Oversee Account Management and Bookkeeping & Administration for Real Estate clients
- Prepare Sales trust files
- Process Sales Trust and Reconciliation
- Prepare and process Payroll (Commission Based Real Estate Payroll)
- Support team of 6 other Account Managers/Bookkeepers as required
- Client Liaison
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
What you will need to succeed?
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper and/or assistant accountant role within an fast paced accounting firm.
- Experience within or working with the Real Estate/Property Development industries and Trust Accounting.
- Strong MYOB/Xero software experience essential.
- Familiarity with Box and Dice & Agentbox desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with a can do attitude.
